Brand Innovation Manager (2019 - 2024)

Taking on a new role in 2019 at Emesent, a Tech start-up, I began my position as a Marketing Manager to build the Emesent brand from the ground up. Emesent quickly grew and I was appointed as Brand Innovation Manager to deliver global branding campaigns to elevate the brand and its innovative offerings.

Key Achievements:

- Designed and executed 4 major product release campaigns in the last financial year resulting in direct leads valued at USD $35 million.

- Supported the roll out of targeted sales offer campaigns for in-house sales teams and resellers, resulting in 150+ sales leads worth USD $10.5 million.

- Grew reseller numbers from 11 to 40+ resellers by implementing targeted communication campaigns.

- Grew LinkedIn followers organically by 4,993 followers in a one year period by implementing a social media strategy to drive engagement and interest of the overall brand, using product videos, engaging imagery and other content types.

- Successful development of 2 company websites with branding redesign to position the company and its offerings as the leaders in their space.

Marketing Manager (2012 - 2018)

This is an international role involving the planning and execution of all marketing strategies and initiatives for Datamine (formerly CAE Mining), a global company specialising in the technology and services required to plan, manage and optimise modern mining operations.

Key Responsibilities & achievements

- Implementing targeted communications and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing strategies and branding guidelines.

- Execution of market research and competitor analysis through the use of commercial databases, online resources and collaborations with industry professionals.

- Conducting ongoing competitive analysis of other sites, including technology and function analysis and determining strategies to stay competitive.

- Development, implementation and analysis of digital and social media strategies, leveraging pay-per-click advertising, Linkedin, Facebook, YouTube , Twitter and GoogleAnalytics.
