Creative Director and Curator at The Mill Bowral, overseeing the general management of public spaces and internal business, forming the brand identity, identifying core partnerships and collaborations for The Mill Retail and commercial spaces- street food outlets, fashion, botanical emporium, cafe, creative spaces, street feast and forage marketeer/manager, events and liaising with future and present tenants, overseeing the establishment and development of Bowral's first co-working space in consultation with stakeholders, integral in developing key collaborations with the likes of APPLE, University of Wollongong I- Accelerate and rural incubator HERD programme.

Jane also ensured that collaboration with 'pack for a purpose was at the forefront of Sanak's philosophy, and initiative where guests bring much-needed items to distribute to the local community ' small space, little effort, big impact.
