Prior to her consultancy role, Jen served as an eCommerce and Digital Campaigns and Content Marketing Manager for the National Trust of Australia (Queensland) for three years. In this position, she managed 12 properties throughout Queensland, including Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Currumbin Wildlife Hospital, and James Cook Museum. Marketing Consultant (2020 - 2023)
Leisure Group is a global leader in hotel, resort, and apartment marketing and booking. With a focus on innovation and exceptional customer service, Leisure Group has established itself as a trailblazer in the hospitality industry.
I was responsible for developing and implementing innovative and effective digital performance and integrated media strategies for each business unit within the Leisure Group portfolio. I leveraged my expertise in paid media advertising to create and execute successful paid social campaigns for each brand, driving significant results.
In order to optimise its digital marketing efforts, resulting in enhanced customer experience, increased revenue, and greater brand recognition, I created customised Power BI dashboards and drillable reports for each brand. By incorporating advanced-level calculations and integrating data from various business units, I was able to provide a comprehensive view of the organisation's performance. I managed the data loading, cleansing, transformation, and analysis processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Through interpreting and analysing data, trends and patterns were able to be more easily identified, allowing me to present my recommendations and findings in a clear and easy-to-understand way to drive data-led decision-making. Additionally, I developed comprehensive Google Data Studio reports for each brand, providing insightful performance analysis across all channels and campaigns.

Ecommerce and Digital, Campaigns and Content Marke (2017 - 2020)
As the eCommerce and Digital, Campaigns and Content Marketing Manager at the National Trust of Australia (Queensland), I was responsible for a diverse range of responsibilities for this iconic charity and not-for-profit organiSation. With 12 properties throughout Queensland, including the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Currumbin Wildlife Hospital, and James Cook Museum, my role involved managing three separate eCommerce solutions, two websites, and the integrated digital and offline campaigns for all properties and multiple business units, while leading the content and social media strategy.
One of my key achievements was serving as the project lead for the design, development, creation, implementation, and optimisation of a new National Trust of Australia (Queensland) eCommerce website. Additionally, I led the research and implementation of a CRM and marketing automation system, which involved analysing business needs, researching available options, and selecting the best-suited system after a third-party analysis by web developers.
As part of my key responsibilities, I developed, implemented, and analysed digital, content, and social strategies, while being accountable for conversions, acquisition, and customer experience metrics of websites and eCommerce platforms. I also ensured that all websites were optimised for search engines through keyword research, content creation, and other relevant strategies, while collaborating with an agency partner to manage SEM.
I delivered end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns and managed the execution of digital projects, site enhancements, and online merchandising, including page creation, copy, imagery, and video. I used customer data analytics to identify opportunities to drive customer engagement, profitability, and growth. As a content strategist, I led my team in executing compelling and varied content across all mediums, including eDMs, video, blog, social, and web.
I was also responsible for developing, executing, and testing paid social strategies across social platforms, and coordinating and executing tactical email marketing campaigns, with a focus on database segmentation.
