Marketing Lead – New Communities (2020 - 2021)
Strategic review and marketing audit of RetireAustralia’s first QLD vertical retirement village, which resulted in improved quality, improved conversion rate
Successfully developed and delivered several events in support of the marketing plan, despite difficulties associated with COVID-19. Events included a lead generation event with industry experts - Rachel Lane, Noel Whittaker and Danielle Lim. Over 60 guests attended, achieving 8 appointments booked on the day and producing strong lead generation over a number of months. In addition, delivered a successful Official opening achieving media coverage across Brisbane and Gold Coast publications
Produced marketing assets and campaigns to increase the lead generation by an average of 30% MoM and Lead to appointment conversion increasing from an average of 10% to 25%. Produced highest quarter for a project at RA with 281 leads and 800 leads - from June 2010 to May 2021
Developed high-level strategic plans for 2 new projects that reflected lessons learned from previous developments, which was very well received by the development managers.
BATTERSEA POWER STATION DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
Marketing Manager (2013 - 2019)
Supported the marketing director in developing the marketing strategy, deliverables and budget for one of the most iconic development launches in UK history, the launch of the Power Station itself. Our international release of the iconic Power Station’s residential apartments successfully sold 75% of 255 apartments within 48 hours. I managed and co-developed the marketing strategy and marketing materials
Supported the marketing director in developing the marketing strategy, deliverables and budget for a simultaneous international release (21 countries) of the Gehry Partners’ and Foster and Partners developments and the internal launch of the Power Station developments. 50% of the first release of 800 apartments were sold within a few weeks
Managed and developed the office leasing marketing strategy following the successful signing of Apple European Headquarters. This led to an additional 40,000sq ft. of office space let within the Power Station
Managed the marketing for BPSE – Battersea Power Station Estates, the resale agency of Battersea Power Station, which enabled the new business to become the market leader and largest market shareholder of resale apartments at Battersea Power Station within its first 12 months of operation.
