Judah has worked in marketing for the last seven years, and in creative agency roles prior to that. He loves entrepreneurship – where innovation and creativity take flight.
Judah began his own businesses in his early twenties, including a start-up. furniture manufacturing outfit and a film and audio production business. This developed into a passion for digital marketing, a tool few start-ups can do without in the digital age.
He has previously worked in a B2B marketing role in professional services where he lead the firm's marketing strategy and projects, and prior to that in a tech company managing online branding and marketing, advertising, and mobile app growth campaigns.
As a writer and creative, Judah's key passion is storytelling through digital media and applying these to marketing a brand’s story that resonates with its audience. His approach to marketing leadership is to understand how a company can be more loyal to its customers through careful consideration of their core needs and translate that into a robust customer experience, and then feed the user experience back into product development.
Serving others is a key value of Judah's which creates demand for what he does, and also helps others grow and succeed - be that serving the needs of a team or serving the needs of clients and customers. His marketing career has taught him a lot about creating true value by understanding the core needs of the customer, and also a lot about himself and that his passion lies not just in selling a product but also creating and improving them.
Given his natural aptitude for numbers (i.e. analytics, programming and data crunching) and his love of science, choosing to study engineering presented a wonderful extension of his entrepreneurial vocation. Electrical/Electronic engineering levelled up his skill and understanding of technology products. provided a host of mathematical skills to tackle business and product development problems, and overall project management which is essential to any leadership role.
