Packaging design for the SOPHIC brand. Including outsourcing, communicating with suppliers and manufacturers, artwork preparation and pre-production approvals.
Implementing policies and strategies for the purposes of applying for B Corp certification.
Review of package designs and marketing campaigns to identify the highlights, weak points and improvements that need to be made for future.

Achievements:
Successful launch for SOPHIC's Conscious Colour System and Care range.

Eco Salon Supplies
Brand, Design & Marketing Lead (2020 - current)
Brand management of Eco Salon Supplies as well as the four brands (Oway, SOPHIC, Leaf Scissors, Phitofilos) in their portfolio. Prioritising marketing and design activities in line with the director's priorities, business goals, key dates, and suppliers.
Developing strategic marketing initiatives and activities to position the five brands for growth and communicating these directives to the other departments (sales, warehouse, education, and marketing).
Designing and supervising content such as press releases, brochures, artwork, print, and digital media.
Managing and organising product launches, marketing campaigns and promotional events.
Maintaining and growing each brand’s affiliations and partnerships.
Creating and maintaining eCommerce websites.
Creating and maintaining brand communications across print, EDMs, social media, and websites (B2B and B2C).

The Naked Review
Lead Graphic Designer (2014 - 2020)
The Naked Review is a magazine that gives insight into what happens behind the scenes of the fashion industry, and also acknowledges the great work of sustainable fashion designers and other humans working to raise the bar within the industry. Currently leading the creative team in planning the content and producing the magazine for print.
Undress Runways
Lead Graphic Designer (2014 - 2019)
Leading the creative team of up to five to plan, produce and execute event communication across print and digital.
Photoshoot planning, coordination and styling.
Strategic planning of events, sponsors and partnerships.
Recruiting and coordinating volunteers and interns.
Review of each event to identify the highlights, weak points and improvements that need to be made for following events.
Leading the backstage team of up to 20 people on event day consisting of models, volunteers, hair and makeup and Undress team members.
Budget keeping, forecasting and monitoring for the creative team for each event. This also includes coming up with creative solutions to keep costs as low as possible.
Achievements:
Multiple sold-out events across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
