Kate T
Chief Marketing Officer
Experienced senior brand marketer with 20 years experience – working brand and agency-side
Summary
I’m an inspiring and energetic senior leader with a passion for culture, commerce and creativity. Over the past 20 years I’ve worked in client- and agency-side roles for some of Australia’s most well-known brands including NAB, Forty Winks, Mercedes-Benz, HCF, Clemenger BBDO and Hardie Grant. I've spent time partnering with smaller brands and start ups too.
Throughout my career I've experienced the challenges of growing brands and delivering commercial results first-hand; as well as operating as a trusted advisor for marketers building strong relationships based on mutual respect.
I excel at getting to the heart of customer needs, unlocking brand and marketing potential, and creating engaging, distinctive and impactful solutions that deliver results. Better yet – I can guide implementation, drive change and galvanise teams to achieve shared goals. In fact, I love to oversee execution and be there for that critical stage of the journey where it works.
Overall, I’m most energised working with people and organisations that have a collaborative nature, positive culture, and passion for doing good business. At the end of the day, business is about people and achieving great things together. My key attributes are as a synthesiser, catalyst, innovator, and coach. With my strong background in leadership, change management, strategic planning, and brand strategy I feel I can add immense value to organisations looking to grow and stand out in their category.
