Working in a fast-paced agency I worked across many technologies that required assisting clients with design and development. Working with clients from all industries expanded my capabilities across all fields in marketing, technology particularly Salesforce, UX/UI design, communication with clients, process development, lead generation, front-end development, problem-solving, branding, and messaging.

eCommerce to Salesforce integration: WordPress site using Woo-commerce was built to sell stock and facilitate custom design process by integrating salesforce so all data was stored in one location, this was to keep it simple as possible for the internal staff.

National campaign rollout: utilised skills in UX design to help configure marketing automation technology on the Salesforce Pardot platform. Over 50 forms, landing pages, and eDM templates were managed to produce a successful campaign that had huge results for the company's annual revenue.

Front-End Designer (2008 - 2016)

Services provided for Real Estate Investar covered the user experience and creative design process, including user and market research, personas, wireframes, workflow site maps, and visual design. Graphic design work used in creating corporate partnerships with domain.com.au, pricefinder.com, xero.com, apm.com.au, propertyinvestormortgages.com.au, and connective.com.au.

Lead generation: by using REI data collection tools Mark designed and developed a responsive landing page that would display dynamic data via web hooks and apex code, for every suburb in Australia. This page was consistently in the top three organic Google listings if search ‘investment property in (any suburb in Aus)’ for 3-4 years and it still shows on page 1one for most suburbs. The page uses a SEO matrix strategy that has generated thousands of opt-ins since launch.

Mobile application: UX design and mobile design were utilised to produce a responsive website and app that worked in partnership with our site affiliates.
