In this role, Nandini was responsible for all marketing and communications for the Hallmarks project, a micro-credential program developed in collaboration with industry partners to enhance student employability.
Developed and executed a marketing strategy to communicate with diverse stakeholders including students and staff, as well as broader marketing to an external audience.
Developed and delivered a media strategy and rich resources (new articles, social media posts, blog posts, digital signage, video) to market the program and increase the number and diversity of applications.
Evaluative research to inform program improvements and reporting in consultation with key stakeholders, curating and summarising feedback, reporting and making recommendations

Marketing and Product Manager (2019 - 2022)
Nandini executed the go-to-market plan for the solution suite at Five Faces, a growing tech business in the health, aged care, and corporate space. From planning to execution, she takes a hands-on approach to the marketing function.
In 2021, Nandini was selected to head up a new SME-focused product called Entertain Digital where she drove the marketing strategy and function including omnichannel digital lead gen. In 2022, Nandini executed the brand refresh and relaunch of Five Faces as a more health-oriented organisation for enterprise customers.

At Diversity and Inclusion, Nandini led two projects: 1. Creation of a web-delivered credentialing program. 2. A digital strategy to better communicate specific staff policies and increase awareness, engagement, and accessibility of such information.
