I was engaged to complete a range of projects across marketing, finance, and supply chain, once completed I moved into a strategy build and restructure focused predominantly on marketing, tactical promotions, and product development.
Adenbrook Homes
Head of Marketing (2021 - 2022)
Adenbrook Homes is a national new home builder franchise operating along the eastern seaboard of Australia. HIA top 20 – NSW 2021. In this role I was charged with increasing technical capacity, growing leads, and coaching sales teams to convert. Leading the sales and marketing function I implemented automation strategies and grew engagement using Salesforce and Pardot to initiate and enhance the client experience.
Frosty Boy Group
Global Head of Marketing (Contract/FTE) (2019 - 2021)
Frosty Boy is a global distributor and manufacturer of soft serve, beverage, savoury sauce, and nutritional supplement powders. Currently selling in 65 countries. Working in a contract capacity to complete a series of multiple re-brand initiatives including the build of new websites and full sales and marketing tools and collateral. Then moving into a permanent role to launch Wellboost, a complete nutritional supplement range with category disruptive ingredients including pre/probiotic combinations and inclusion of Lactoferrin.
