About the Role

As a Project Communications Officer, you will work collaboratively develop, plan, deliver all communications, media, and marketing for key operations and development projects and support implementation of our broader communication and engagement strategy.

You will interface with operational and corporate functions and work collaboratively as a part of a multidisciplinary team. Your key focus will be developing traditional and contemporary social media material for key development projects and supporting the wider organisation with communication-led activities such as the preparation of presentations and organising events.

 

About You

Based out of Brisbane or Ipswich your duties will not be limited to:  

  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver a multimillion-dollar renewable energy park over the next 5 years 
  • Support key energy transition to net zero. Genuine commitment to ESG, contemporary and best practice community & stakeholder engagement and social investment
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to plan, deliver, monitor & evaluate community & stakeholder engagement for the project 
  • Drive positive and intentional stakeholder engagement in line with CleanCo’s engagement and communications strategy, and adhere to best practice engagement ethics and principles
  • Assist in the delivery & coordination of a deliberative co-design process for the masterplan project
  • Work with community to form partnerships that will implement projects and initiatives that will be created through the co-design process with a particular focus on engaging local communities
  • Develop and implement the project’s monitoring & evaluation program
  • Track and report on project activities, using reporting frameworks and Consultation Manager
  • Coordinate and attend community events, forums and other community promotion opportunities. The majority of these will be based in Ipswich and may occur outside of standard office hours 
  • Support the communications and engagement team in delivering engagement programs for other projects and initiatives when needed
  • Working with a broad and diverse group of stakeholders to generate project and corporate outcomes, inclusive First Nations people
  • Display commitment to and understanding of access and inclusion
