Job Overview:

The successful candidate will report to the FCMO and will be responsible for creating and driving campaigns that increase brand visibility and help people find the support they need. From social media management to advertising campaigns, your creative and strategic skills will be crucial to the firm’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement creative digital marketing strategies that resonate
• Lead promotional and advertising campaigns that boost brand awareness
• Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging content
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to optimise efforts
• Work closely with the legal team to align marketing with the firm’s goals and values

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a knack for social media and campaign management
• Strong understanding of digital advertising tools and platforms
• Excellent communication skills with a results-driven approach
• Analytical mindset to track and improve campaign performance
• Ideally located in or near North Gold Coast for easy onsite collaboration
