Objective of this role The goal of this role is to lead the acquisition team and strategy in order to scale up our new user acquisition via long term and organic channels by leveraging our products. There are over 500 million individual investors worldwide and we have only scratched the surface. As the Growth Acquisition Manager, you will define and lead the product-led acquisition strategy. It means you will strategise, explore, invest and make calculated bets on acquisition initiatives in order to increase user growth. Effective tracking and monitoring of acquisition metrics as well as scenario forecasting and modelling will be keys to your success in the role. You will lead and manage the acquisition team which currently consists of SEO, affiliate and content partnership in order to optimise, scale and expand our acquisition channels. As a people leader, you will also grow, mentor and coach your team to achieve and exceed their potentials Key projects you will work on Building and mentoring a world class team of domain experts, analysts and engineers Internationalising our channels alongside our product into every active market worldwide Leveraging our algorithmic article engine to pursue new types of content and channels Build new content partnerships with brokers and media companies Optimise and scale our first affiliate program and team Other as you decide… What is unique about this role? This is an opportunity to build and lead the acquisition team from the ground up then expand the team. To date, we’ve managed to organically grow to over 4 million registered users globally, whilst tripling ARR. The current trends in the retail investment market and a dramatic increase of more people taking control of their finances is something that puts us, as a company, in a very interesting position. We pride ourselves on being truely product-led and data driven. We plan to grow 10% month on month for 2022.
