Our products are strong, stylish & keep your drinks SERIOUSLY Hot/Cold for hours.

We have an exciting opportunity available for a full-time marketing coordinator & social media manager to join our small yet fast-growing business! 

We are looking for an adventure-driven human who is creative, has a keen eye for detail, and holds excellent knowledge of social media and all that encompasses it. Someone with a stronghold on content creation/photography and graphic design will be highly regarded.

You will be expected to build and execute campaign ideas that bring results that are not only creatively but also commercially focused and viable. Someone to expand, manage, and achieve the brand and marketing strategy across our products and clean water projects.

We are searching for someone who not only has the above skills but shares the same value we do, that everyone deserves access to clean water.

About the role 

Remote/Hybrid working full-time position, preferably based on the Sunshine Coast QLD 

Working in collaboration with the Marketing Manager & Creative Director to develop a social media marketing strategy to increase brand community, awareness, engagement, and driving sales.

  • Manage social media content planning in line with our brand message and voice, delivering to all platforms, Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Pinterest & YouTube
  • Pitching new ideas, concepts, trends, and strategies to drive engagement and growth across social media & website traffic 
  • Being on top of all customer service through social media channels.
  • Build creative campaign ideas and concepts to use across EDM, social media, digital advertising, website & other brand content 
  • Create ambassador strategies in line with new product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Website updates, SEO & posting blog content  
  • Back-end customer service through the Gorgias platform
  • Review, analyse & report on all channel performance to provide the team with feedback and provide an understanding of where there are growth opportunities 
  • Publishing content + managing related communications at the optimal engagement times, typically falling outside of business hours 

Skills and experience

  • Have an acute eye for detail and ensure our brand messaging/voice is in line across all platforms 
  • Strong knowledge of the latest trends and willingness to bring new ideas
  • Strategic thinker, you have numerous ideas on how to take our content to the next level
  • Strong grammar skills and great copywriting ability.
  • Reels and TikTok Video editing experience is essential with strong knowledge of the latest trends and updates
  • Content and social media-obsessed! You live and breathe social 
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within Lifestyle, adventure-fashion or Retail brand.
  • Have a proven track record of growing and maintaining similar brand social media accounts
  • Relevant Marketing, PR or Communications degree highly regarded
  • Positive/Can-Do attitude and Openness/willingness to learn
  • Photography/videography skills are highly regarded
  • Strong graphic design skills are highly regarded. Adobe Illustrator and/or Canva 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
  • Understanding of, and experience in; branding, layout, colour theory and typography across mediums
  • Ability to take a project from initial brief through to concept and creative production and output
