We’re The Recognition Group. We’re passionate about making complex products and services compelling, and we’re looking for motivated marketing graduates who are ready to step into a marketing coordinator role.
We’d love to hear from you if you are interested in:
- reporting on marketing, public relations, and social media campaigns
- executing a range of social media campaigns, primarily using LinkedIn
- delivering campaigns, including all facets of marketing from events to eDMs, social media, and web development
- assisting the team with quote development
- supporting the teams across our group of agencies with their client needs.
You’ll be supported by:

- a team of experienced, business-savvy content writers who are dedicated to creating compelling copy
- a responsive and forward-thinking design team
- colleagues who are just as passionate as you about making their clients look like heroes.
Interested? Here’s what we’re looking for. You’ll have:
- completed a relevant degree in marketing (required)
- an interest in B2B marketing
- a basic working knowledge of marketing automation platforms and a passion for staying up to date with digital trends
- a good understanding of social media
- excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
