Job Overview
An exciting opportunity exists for a Marketing Coordinator to drive external marketing initiatives. This role requires a creative thinker with a strategic mindset to enhance brand visibility and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including websites and social media.
- Design promotional materials in collaboration with department managers.
- Implement lead generation campaigns to achieve business growth objectives.
- Analyse marketing data to optimise campaign performance.
- Ensure marketing content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains high standards.
- Plan and manage innovative events to build brand awareness.
- Maintain and update the company website with engaging, relevant content.
- Capture imagery at worksites for use in marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the marketing budget and inventory of promotional items.
Qualifications
Essential:
- A degree in Marketing or equivalent experience (minimum 2–3 years in a similar role).
- Expertise in web design, graphic design, and marketing software.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and sales support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to adapt to the evolving online marketing landscape.
Desirable:
- Experience with tender processes and photography.
- Skills to train others in marketing and sales techniques.
