National Marketing: - Support the Marketing & Corporate Communications Manager in the developing execution of national and regional marketing campaigns in line with the 12-month marketing calendar and client-first strategy, including liaising with creative agency and managing deadlines. - Managing Monthly and Bi-Monthly MOPS (Marketing operations) planning and execution. - Working with the marketing executive to brief graphic designers, print and marketing services teams on campaign collateral including but not limited to POS, digital assets, retail and category signage. - Work in collaboration with The Chief Marketing Officer, Business Managers, RAC (Regional Area Committee) Chairs and Digital Teams to develop, execute and measure effective regional area marketing campaigns. Local Area Marketing (LAM): - Oversee the effective execution of onboarding marketing programs for new store openings, business resales, and greenfield territories. This includes liaising with Franchise Partners, other departments and Senior Managers within Head Office and external agencies to develop successful campaigns. - When required, work with franchise partners and external agencies to ensure LAM (Traditional Media and Social) is executed effectively and consistently in line with our brand standards Retail & Visual Merchandising: - Monitor, develop and manage all brand assets relevant to signage, visual merchandising and displays within retail environments. - Work alongside the CMO and Retail development teams to authorise, monitor and maintain brand standards across all mobile and store developments - Collaborate with Regional Business Managers, Franchise Development regarding all onboarding and revitalisation of mobile and retail assets. - Continually identify needs for your business, consumer trends and, the overall development of key assets to support the growth of a global brand within the retail space.Apply Now
