We are seeking a passionate Google Ads superstar with proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, strong analytical skills, a results-driven mindset, a passion for digital marketing, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and exceptional relationship-building skills and effective communication skills.

The primary focus is managing and optimising Google paid search campaigns for major clients, with an emphasis on achieving key performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates (CVR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant KPIs. The role expands to other paid ad platforms Microsoft Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms for client's needs.

Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 annual salary + super

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns to maximise results.
- Manage and nurture relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, including performance analysis, campaign development, testing, and comprehensive reporting.
- Conduct thorough campaign audits and create strategic plans to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Execute and implement paid search campaigns across various platforms, including strategy development, ad creation, targeting, optimisation, and performance analysis to drive business objectives and maximise ROI.
- Implement conversion tracking to measure ROI accurately.
- Develop and present data-driven recommendations to clients aimed at optimising ROI and enhancing overall campaign performance.
- Craft compelling ad copy aligned with brand guidelines to enhance the user journey.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, including CTR, CVR, ROAS, and other KPIs.
- Utilize Google Analytics to track campaign performance and analyze data for actionable insights.
- Act and assist with client liaison, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and providing regular updates and performance insights to foster strong client relationships and satisfaction.
- Manage campaigns across other platforms, including Bing Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok or other applicable platforms to suit client's needs.
- Work or collaborate with other team members within the paid advertising team, and other marketing department teams (SEO & Website Development) on multiple service campaigns.
- Be a curious learner, immerse yourself in all things Google Ads & other platforms, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure optimal campaign performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of agency experience in PPC and SEM
Key qualifications include:
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and effective communication abilities.
- Excellent proficiency and proven experience in Google Ads across multiple industries and countries
- Experience in handling client campaign spends of 80k +
- In-depth experience with implementation and execution.
- Strong analytical aptitude with a keen focus on data interpretation.
- Thinks a bit differently than the usual Google Ads and paid advertising person
- Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and other SEM Platforms
- Proficiency in external conversion optimisation and proficiency tools were available to achieve the highest and most accurate performance results for campaigns.

- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for the successful candidate.
