About the Role: As our Paid Media Specialist, you will be crucial to driving our clients' growth and achieving outstanding results. You’ll take the lead on managing ad campaigns across META, Google, LinkedIn, and more, ensuring each dollar spent maximises return on investment. Reporting to the Director of Strategy, you’ll have the opportunity to shape paid advertising strategies, continuously optimise campaigns, and deliver insightful performance reports to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Ad Campaigns: Manage end-to-end paid ad campaigns across META, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Strategic Budget Management: Allocate ad spend effectively to maximise ROI while staying within budget guidelines.
- Campaign Optimisation: Continuously test and refine ad copy, targeting, and creative elements to drive conversions and improve performance.
- Cross-Channel Collaboration: Work closely with the Client-side, SEO, and Content teams to align strategies and drive high-quality leads.
- Performance Analysis: Leverage tools like Google Analytics and ad managers to track results, optimise strategies, and present data-driven recommendations.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge for our clients.
About You
You're an experienced paid ads professional with a strong track record of driving successful campaigns and delivering tangible results. You understand the intricacies of different ad platforms and can make data-driven decisions to optimise performance. Your skills extend beyond campaign management - you’re strategic, analytical, and know how to communicate insights that drive business growth.
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
- Results-Driven: Proven experience managing large-scale paid ad campaigns with a focus on ROI.
- Analytical: Strong data interpretation skills, with the ability to adjust strategies based on performance insights.
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for the finer details of ad copy, targeting, and creative to ensure every campaign is on point.
- Collaborative: Capable of working across teams to align marketing efforts and achieve broader objectives.
- Proactive: Always looking for new opportunities to optimise and grow campaigns.
- Adaptable: Thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
- Experience with META Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO principles, and performance analysis tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
