Job Overview:

Looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Coordinator to join the team on a part-time basis, with the potential for growth. This role is based onsite in Enoggera, where collaboration and creativity are at the core of daily operations. The opportunity involves working closely with a Marketing Specialist to shape and execute marketing strategies that boost brand visibility and drive business growth. With a mix of hands-on marketing tasks and strategic input, this position offers the perfect blend of creativity, organisation, and impact. Key Responsibilities:

  • Fully understand the brand, including values, tone of voice, and offers
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist to implement marketing strategies
  • Review and develop marketing and operational systems to improve efficiencies
  • Utilise the in-house CRM system and develop processes for lead management and segmentation
  • Communicate updated processes with automation and best practices in mind
  • Manage marketing projects and run weekly WIP meetings
  • Create and manage social media content, including tiles, reels, and captions
  • Plan and execute ad campaigns per the marketing plan
  • Automate marketing processes where applicable
  • Produce marketing materials such as feedback forms, case studies, and client proposals
  • Maintain email marketing schedules for education and promotional offers
  • Write SEO-driven articles periodically
  • Improve and optimise day-to-day workflows
  • Support basic admin tasks when necessary

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the industry
  • Strong project management and design skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or journalism are favourable but not required
  • Examples of previous work must be provided
  • Proficient in marketing strategy and implementation
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM system skills
  • Experience with Meta and Google Ads setup and optimisation
  • Skilled in AI tools and proficient with Canva
  • Strong social media skills across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including scheduling tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with keen attention to detail
  • Highly organised, agile, and able to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • A continuous improvement mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
