Job Description

This is a newly created Marketing Coordinator position, joining a privately-owned property investment and development group in Brisbane. They are focused on finding people who align with their values and reputation for delivering outstanding outcomes for investors, buyers and end-users, producing a quality product and achieving strong and sustained business growth into the future.

The business has defined growth plans, an existing diverse property development pipeline currently exceeding $500m and planning further acquisition targets. The position will appeal to a marketing allrounder that enjoys the hands-on aspects of creating content, managing data and analysing research and reporting trends, whilst being actively involved in project launches, developing promotional collateral, creating and updating websites, through to managing media, PR and social media.

This group has the ability to undertake and manage all types of developments inhouse, covering luxury residential, large scale industrial, commercial and retail sector projects. Within the group, they are capable of managing every stage of the property development process, including acquisitions, project concept and design, planning & approvals, construction delivery through to the settlement process. The business is privately funded and has the ability to enter into various agreements including, JV’s, equity partner arrangement, or managing developments on behalf of both private and institutional clients.

The position will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Liaising with external marketing and graphic design teams in the production of marketing collateral for new product launches, sales displays, project marketing websites and company landing pages
  • Work closely with the development teams to implement marketing plans and marketing strategies for new stages of development projects
  • Coordinating marketing budgets, scopes of work and deadlines for different projects
  • Support development team by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.
  • Developing & reviewing creative content for both traditional, online & social media and email campaigns
  • Coordinating marketing and sales events as required
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a stand-alone role
