Job Overview
The club is seeking a talented and proactive Social Media Marketing Specialist to launch an organic social media campaign designed to drive member engagement and boost brand awareness. The ideal candidate will develop and implement a cohesive strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, creating and posting high-quality video and photo content. This is a hybrid work arrangement based in Brisbane, requiring in-office presence, and is not a fully remote role. This role requires monthly onsite content shoots, capturing authentic club life through interactions with members and staff, exclusive event highlights, and unique behind-the-scenes moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted social media strategy showcasing the club’s members, staff, events, and unique offerings.
- Content Types: Curate and create diverse, engaging content, including:
- Thought Leadership: Produce interview-style features with members, guest speakers, and artists.
- Examples: Member Spotlight, Guest Speaker Interview
- Promotional Content: Highlight club events, features, and member benefits.
- Examples: Event Highlights, Club Features
- Behind-the-Scenes: Capture the club’s kitchen, wine committee, and event preparations.
- Examples: Behind-the-Scenes, Kitchen Tour,
- Legacy Connections: Share heritage stories through family member interviews.
- Monthly Content Shoots: Conduct monthly 3-4 hour onsite shoots to capture authentic, engaging content with members and staff.
- Professional Quality: Ensure all content maintains a polished, professional standard in line with the club’s premier status.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and posting, with a strong portfolio, ideally in hospitality or professional services.
- Proficiency in video and photo production, with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success managing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Ability to uphold brand integrity and quality across all content.
